"In accordance with the EC Directive 90/314//EC all passengers booking J.W.Carnell Ltd. are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to, including repatriation if required arising from cancellation or curtailment of their travel arrangements due to the insolvency of J.W.Carnell Ltd."

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAYS AND WEEKEND BREAKS

Early is recommended to acquire the seat you would like for the length of your holiday

All coaches are non smoking and are fitted with seat belts

A booking will be confirmed on payment of deposit. A deposit of £50 for 5 days or more for holidays and £25 for weekend breaks

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION CHARGES

Prior to 42 days before departure Deposit only
29 to 42 days before departure date 30% of holiday cost
15 to 28 days before departure date 45% of holiday cost
8 14 days before departure date 60% of holiday cost
1 to 7 days before departure date 100% of holiday cost

If for any reason we ourselves have to cancel a tour you will be given plenty of warning and offered a replacement holiday or a refund of any money you have paid to us

Travel insurance is included in holiday prices

Approximately 2 weeks before departure, details of times etc. will be available and luggage labels will be ready for collection
